This is a delicious Indian Sub-continental vegeterian curry that is wonderful with chapati, naan, roti, pita or basmati rice. "Jhal Frezi" means "dry fry" so there is not a lot of sauce when this is finished. Marinated cheese cooked with capsicum,carrot, tomatoes,onions, chillies and spices.
