Sweet Pleasure for Mother's Day 1960

French macarons - colourful, gluten-free cookies made of ground almonds and enriched with a variety of fillings are French top-export products. Not to mention the Maison Ladurée which built its brand with that elegant cookie more than a century ago, or other famous macarons from Pierre Hermé and Sadaharu Aoki sold all over the world.

How about Pascal's macarons? Made entirely of natural ingredients. There's no place for margarine or other substitutes, Pascal cooks only with top quality products. What's in the box? 8 macarons in 4 different flavours: chocolate, coffee, raspberry and caramel with salted butter for caramel lovers.

Hello everybody! I invite you once in a while to some French festive dinners and cooking classes! When I was younger, I worked in French restaurants in Los Angeles and New York, first as a cook and then as a pastry chef.

I would be happy if you could share with me my favorite some classics of French gastronomy which I prepare according to some old family recipes. Do you like sauces and butter? I love them and that is why work a lot with sauces, even when they require long hours preparing some veal stock or a demi-glace. I also cannot imagine a good meal without a tasty dessert! What about famous tarte Tatin melting in your mouth, crispy millefeuille with homemade puff pastry or orangey and buttery Crêpe Suzette? I love to meet new people, but even more I love to cook and eat with people! If you are curious about authentic French flavors and tastes, please make a stop in the heart of Old Kraków. Let's meet and have a good time!
