I'm a design journalist but I've always had a passion for food and wine. I can offer a great Italian food experience, mixed with my passion for design, colors, flowers and beauty in general. Be ready for a full sensorial experience, seated at my table. I'm in love with my city and I enjoy sharing experiences and laugh around the table... very italian, isnt' it?! In your plates you'll find my passion for colorful food, healthy and natural ingredients, all surrounded by design and my collection of porcelains from all over the world. In the glasses , natural wines and bubbles . If it's your first time in Milan, I can also suggest or handle some b-side and creative tours and itineraries in town, as I work in a travel company dealing with concierge and 'money can't buy' experiences.

A dinner with Valentina was one of my best dinner- sharing experience. It was a perfect mix of great hospitality, personality of the host (Valentina is a lovely person to chat with!), amazing place (imagine a hidden terrazza with garden full of aromatic herbs:mint, basi, thyme) and ladt but not least - delicious and creative food.
Every dish was beatiful and suprising, and also served on devorative dishes (you can see the love of design here!). I enjoyed each and every dish: perfect mini-quiche, caponata with perfectly balanced flavours, and the pasta - at the same time very simple and delicious.
I was also amazed as Valentina adapted the menu for me, preparing vegan options of every dish! Possibly the best vegan homemade nutella I've ever tried.
