There aren't many indonesian restaurant in Krakow, so for satisfying ourself, I always cook Indonesian food in Krakow. Indonesian cuisine often demonstrates complex flavour, acquired from certain ingredients and spices mixture. It has also rich flavours; most often described as savory, hot and spicy, and also combination of basic tastes such as sweet, salty, sour and bitter. We love spicy food especially "sambal", that's why most of Indonesians favour hot and spicy food, thus sambal, Indonesian hot and spicy chili sauce sometimes with shrimp paste, is a staple condiment at all Indonesian tables. As of right now, we just provide pick up food. So if you want to try authentic indonesian food, don't hesitate to try :)
