Cooking is my meditation and if I have no one to serve, my meditation is not complete! Make sure my food includes a lot of motivation and effort to be better each time.
You feel good at my place because in Üsküdar every street has at least one centuries old building. Next to my home, there is a 400+ years old mosque and right across my window is a 400+ hamam. So, I would like to have a neighbourhood tour with my guests before or after meal.
I have studied and worked both in Istanbul and Tokyo. After working in technology start ups for years, I have promoted to being a full time cook! I love to talk about food (obviously), literature(hard core one!), economics and statistics(numbers never lie).
