I'm passionate about food and travel. I enjoy experiencing different cultures and I tried to fuse new cultures into my lifestyle , especially in my cooking. I live in one of the most beautiful cities of the world , Cape Town , home to the most amazing landscapes and a melting pot of cultures. As a mum of 3 young ladies I need to constantly reinvent myself to experience the joys of growing up with this new generation of youth - it certainly gives me my zest for life. I love the outdoors but am also very much a home body - I'm most comfortable in my kitchen , creating some exotic meal for my loved ones. I enjoy good quality produce that is natural and slow grown and insist on adding a variety of Colour to my meals . I love the variety of spice and enjoy adapting recipes to bring in my own special concoction. Entertaining is second nature to me - I enjoy meeting new people. A meal in my home will be an experience that will certainly tantalize your tastebuds and keep you coming back for more.
