I'm a stay at home mum who loves to cook. Many, many years ago I went to the Tante Marie School of Cookery where I was introduced to Cordon Bleu. These days I prefer a more relaxed style of cooking based on sharing rather than fine dining. I also sing in a choir, go running with my dog and try to complete the Times cryptic crossword as often as I can! Recently I completed a professional cake decorating course and am enjoying practising my new skills making cakes for all my friends.
