My name is Deepti, baking and cooking to me is art.

“ It is said, without the culinary arts the crudeness of reality would be unbearable”.

I come from the land of the Nizams a small city called Hyderabad, state of telengana in the southern part of India.

I was born and brought up in hyderabad, which is why hyderabad cuisine is by far my favorite cuisine and always will be.

My recipes have been passed on from past three generations. I am very passionate about baking and cooking and I hope you can taste it in my dishes.

I moved to krakow last december 2017 and have fallen in love with the city and have been overwhelmed with the love the people have for Authentic Indian food.

So here I am to bring you authentic hyderabadi food from the kitchens of the nizams.
