I was very happy to be able to try some new Korean dishes with Mira this time. The highlight of this meal were the ribs, cooked to perfection in a slight gravy with potatoes and carrots. It went perfectly with her homemade kimchi (but then again, what doesn't?). The pancakes for dessert stuffed with walnuts and cinnamon were a delicious surprise, as I had never seen anything like that before in Korean cuisine. I can't wait for Mira's kimchi workshop and for Bibimbap!
