I’m Praveer Baliga native of Goa and born in March 1990 in Mumbai, India was inspired by my father and my family who have restaurant experiences over 100 years, and their business became a part of my foundational training.
I began developing recipes from his childhood. I left my house at the age of 18 and went through various professional culinary and Bar management courses and at the age of 21 opened Super High Meal, providing Chef service and Barwala Bartending and Hospitality providing Bar services to the biggest and finest events in including the Bollywood in India. I graduated in International Travel and Hospitality Management from the Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh UK and Travel and Tourism from Kuoni, Singapore in 2015 along with various professional hospitality courses including Bartending, Gastronomy, etc. I have managed the biggest events in India and has also been private bartender for the best of the DJ’s in the world, right from Armin, David Guetta, Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Afro Jack, Dimitri Vegas, Stive Aioki and more...
I’m specialised in Indian cuisine and is proud to create vibrant curries through exotic Indian spices apart from other cuisines. I showed a stance on vegetarianism as I’m from the country that has the largest number of Vegetarians in the world, India. After learning about brutal slaughter practice on farm animals, now I’m more keen on creating Vegetarian and Vegan food with my most amazing ingredients that has been loved and highly appreciated by my clients.
After successfully running my partner business in India, in summer of 2017, I was invited to Ibiza as business consultant and I landed up opening my business on the island and collaborating with the best food and beverage catering companies on the island. I have been successful in managing various Dining for fabulous Events, Villas and the Yachts in Ibiza.
