Hello! I'm Josie, 37, Italian. I've lived and worked in Italy, Germany, the UK, Poland and Bulgaria before moving to Bratislava about 3 years ago. I love travelling and photography, learning and teaching languages, discovering and learning different cultures and habits. Culinary experiences of any kind are always welcome! I've got multiple interests, among them art, music (anything released by 2002) novels and poems, blogging, drinking, cooking, eating, origami, and going beyond any stereotyped definition! My culinary journey starts obviously in Italy, where I had the greatest teachers ever: my grandmothers, my aunts and my mum! I'm eager to take you on a journey through the Mediterranean Sea to discover the healthiest and most delicious food in the world. I love trying and experimenting though, so my style is also influenced by the culinary traditions of the countries I lived in. Come and taste a Bulgarian taràtor or a Baltic Šaltibarščiai (both cold soups) as well as a real lasagne al pesto! You won't be disappointed!
