I am a Malaysian mixed with roots from northern India and Indonesia. I gained culinary passion while growing up in such a diverse country. Later from my many travelling and living experiences to India, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore and Indonesia. I belief the best way to teach is through sharing Asian family secrets. In Poland, i grew my culinary resume, through collaborative cooking with culinary schools like Atuty Bialystok.
