I believe that the best way to really experience a country is to eat the food! I love trying new dishes and chatting to the locals. Eastern Europe is one of the regions I'm most interested in exploring and I want to abandon my office career and to open a Slavic food truck to show people in the UK that Eastern Europe is an amazing region with a rich history and culture. I like music that you can dance to and hearing stories about where people live - life's too short to only experience your own story.
