My name is Jack, I am British-born but was raised in the South-West of France in a region called the Dordogne. A region famous for its river, caves, numerous castles and its fine cuisine revolving around duck fat, red wine, parsley and garlic.

I really enjoy cooking for others and have a slightly modern approach on traditional French dishes.
