I was so excited to participate in Marta's Pierogi making workshop. What a fun way to spend the afternoon! Marta's home was warm and inviting, and her family, especially her daughter Talullah were involved too! We learned how to make three kinds of pierogi and several of us got a chance to roll the dough and everyone stuffed and pinched the pierogis. Then Marta prepared soup, boiled the perogis we make and treated us to her homemade vodkas (several flavors) and finally the most delicious cheesecacke I've ever had which was topped with homemade salted caramel - better thank Junior's Famous Cheesecake from Brooklyn (and that's saying a lot coming from this New Yorker!)

I had a phenomenal time, Marta claims not to be a professional chef yet her food is as good as my grandmother's which is a higher standard. You will enjoy your time with Marta and her family. She is a great conversationalist, keeps you entertained, informed, and her food is spectacular. Time flies with ber but don't miss out on this experience.

My Daughter and I had a wonderful few hours in Marta's beautiful home. She made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. She is an amazing cook and we learnt so much, it was invaluable. Her food was delicious and we can't wait to make pierogi when we get home to Wales UK! P.s we picked up the dough board at the market like you suggested! Perfect! Thank you so much Marta for your kind hospitality!

I love the mushroom from Grezesiek, spring roll from Mira, Mexican food from Nick, pizza from I don't know who, something with carrot and fish which is really delicious

The Gingerbread Workshop was absolutely amazing! I had the best time kneading the dough, cutting funny shapes and in the end decorating the cookies.

And Marta was fantastic! She even treated us with her amazing spicy pumpkin soup and her famous NY Cheesecake with salted caramel!

I absolutely loved the whole "Pierogi Power" experience! Before we arrived Marta was accommodating to our requests and from the moment we arrived Marta made us feel welcome- she was informative, fun and patient with all of our questions. We made 2 different kinds of Pierogi, both of which were delicious, and under her guidance we even left confident in our dough making and pierogi folding skills! The meal we had was delicious and we learned so much about Polish culture, Marta, and fermenting foods! I cannot recommend this experience highly enough!
