A jack of all trades in the kitchen, but most primarily, the pastry chef. Eclairs, doughnuts, all the sweets, I simply love it all. You can find me at Trzy Rybki restaurant where I work as a vice-chef. I gained my experience at various pastry shops, international internships, I even prepared a dessert for a pope once.
