I love cooking and preparing meals for my family. Always curious about other cuisines, I can cook many ranges of food from soup to main courses and desserts. Beside Vietnamese dishes, Japanese and Thai's ones as Sashimi, Chawanmushi, Beef Yakiniku, Tom yum, salads also some of my best dishes.

As a local live in Hanoi almost 40 years, taste and the way of mixing in herbs, spices of Vietnamese cuisine for each dish becomes one of my sense.
