My mum is one of the most amazing cooks and growing up was all about eating awesome food at home. I have learnt a few tricks from her but I am still learning and someday hope to have a restaurant of my own. Being Half Goan and Half Konkani and now married to a Finn means there is always a lot of vegeterian and seafood cooked at home.
