Italian , love to travel...so i spent the last 17 years in China !

Now me and my family we all move to The Netherlands .

In Italy I started cooking following my mom, who used to run a 100%boi restaurant ,in the middle of our land at the feet of Appennini Liguri .

That lasted long time ; long enough for me to learn how to use ingredients and how to respect the quality and the caracteristics of each of them .

Once i moved to China i did run a restaur-pub by myself for few years and ,beside that , i cook almost daily for my family . Unless my wife -Japanese and great chef- does it herself .

I don't cook many sweets ,since i prefer seafood, meat , vegetables and cereals...i love to cook everything of these .

It's important to avoid greasy meals , but i am NOT in paranoia for a proper usage of oil ( olive oil) ...and no: i DONT use cream and yet i do yummy creamy sauces...

Beside food i like music, drink , rarely smoke,chatting ,reading and everything else it's interesting and fun , but it must be tasty and of good quality .
