I’m Zosia, and I’ve been living in Krakow for a long time. I’ve always cooked for my family.

I cook carefully and accurately – everything just has to be perfect, even the shape of the pastry we use to make Polish dumplings must be just so. My mother taught me how to cook, but it was only many years later that I began to recognise the value of what she taught me! I’m not a fan of French cooking… I know it sounds strange, but I just love our Polish food. I use old-fashioned, time-tested recipes, and I don’t experiment :) Classic Polish food is what I like the most – as well as making people laugh :) I like to sing and have fun too. You are warmly invited to my very small flat on Plac Szczepanski, right in the centre of the Old Town in Krakow. I can only take up to 4 people at the most! If you have never tried Polish ‘gołąbki’ (meat-stuffed cabbage rolls), then why not start with the best in the world? Look forward to seeing you on Mondays!
