Living in the Caribbean there are many fruits, produce, spices to choose from. I like to cook with a Spanish touch and explore. I'm a history buff, so you will see me talking about the past and re creating dishes of an era. I also paint, listen to reggae, and I travel to the other Caribbean Islands.
