Polish Specialities Workshop at Zamenhofa

We would like to invite you to our cooking workshop where you will learn how to prepare selected dishes from our interesting cuisine.

The workshop is our response to numerous queries from our guests who have Polish roots, especially from US and Canada, about how to prepare golombki, pierogi, zurek, bigos, eskalopki, zrazy zawijane, czarnina, makowiec and others.

We will be happy to tell you more about these dishes and give you recipes that you will be able to use in your homes. Each of the participants will make several of the above dishes. Some of them may be a surprise for you but you are also welcome to let us know which of the dishes matter to you the most and we'll be happy to include them.

So we will get to cutting, chopping, kneading, sealing, cook and fry and eat.

We hope that it will be an unforgettable experience for you and for us!
