Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is the month of fasting when Muslims commemorate the first revelation of the Quran to Muhammad. Evening meal with which people end their daily Ramadan feast is a moment of gathering and celebration. You are welcome to join our Iftar (evening meal of Ramadan) – the first supper of Ramadan this year!
Our cuisine is inspired by our journeys and life experience in three countries of the Arabic world – Lebanon, Morocco, and Tunisia, where we had a chance to spend and celebrate Ramadan with our Muslim friends and their relatives. All the products and spices that we use to prepare the Ramadan dinner are homemade specialties of North Africa and the Middle East. We hope to meet you at our place in Kraków and share our passions, experiences, and recipes. Kuba & Agnieszka
I have lived in Krakow for several years, but I was born in Silesia. This place means a lot to me, because my family home has become my first paradise of flavors and smells, a place of culinary delight and passion. Today cooking means dialogue to me, an endless story about getting to know other people. Passion of travelling still fills this story with a variety of flavors and colours. I am fascinated by people, I cook for them and with them - with their otherness, diversity and life-stories.
