Welcome! I’m Igor. I learned to cook from my mother, who was always calling me into the kitchen, and wanted me to grow up to be a good host.
I am grateful to her. During the day I work in one of Krakow’s restaurants; cooking for others has always been and will be my greatest passion, which is why I am in the kitchen 24 hours a day !
With great pleasure I will cook for you and invite you to my crazy Krakow home. All kinds of miracles take place here, based on caramelised shallots, white wine, thyme, rosemary, and Polish garlic. I welcome my guests to a breakfast of farm eggs from the local market at Stary Kleparz, fantastic bread produced by a baker friend, my own home-made jams from regional raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. Add to all this my own Polish version of humous, home-made granola, ‘pain perdu’ with white chocolate, smoked sheep cheese and strawberries, flambéed crêpes with orange sauce, and Polish scones, my speciality. I would really like to share my tastes with you. It will be great to share my food and time with you but beware! There’s no need to be choosy, because everything will be incredibly delicious :)
