It is a traditional Arabic dish from the region of the persian gulf (Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Yemen). It is prepared by baking the rice and chicken in oven with the spices and tomatoes and onion. Traditionally the dish would be buried underground with the burning coal of a bonfire.
There will be salad and juice/coke/laban with mint. And Saudi tea after the meal
