Mexico it was the last stop during my round the world trip with beloved friend. Last money we have spent eating tacos, probably the best we have ever tried.

I would like to share with you with that memories and my feast inspired by these part of the world. It’s not traditional Mexican cuisine, it’s not tex - mex either. This is my interpretation what I have tasted there and what stayed in my heart.

For a start i will serve cod ceviche with mango and avocado – it’s a special dish that raw fish is “cooking” in citrus marinate.

The heros will be corn tacos with different ingredients. Each guest will make it’s own tacos so there will be lot’s of delicious fun.

For dessert you will have traditional Mexican dessert caramel flan.

Welcome everybody for a real fiesta and explosion of flavours.

After graduation, I packed my backpack and went on a journey around the world, which turned out to be the biggest adventure of my life. I lived in many interesting places and the last stop was Key West, Florida, where the influx of immigrants from Cuba and other Caribbean countries has created a real fest of cooking. I love my job, because I love to feed and meet new people. I am a true Aquarius, because on the beach, in the water and in sports such as surfing and windsurfing I am in my element. I can not imagine life without music and chocolate :) I invite every foodie to a real home feast where all the flavours from around the world and my travels come together.
