Saturday 18th of January: cooking class of bakery, by Master Specialist Francesca from Tuscany, and wine tasting led by Sommelier Frank Maglio.
Francesca will teach you how to prepare and bake the Taralli from Puglia, while Frank will guide the wines tasting, matching wines with regional food. Then, we all will prepare together the sweet Cantucci, some typical almonds biscuits from Central Italy. We will match the Cantucci with a glass of proper wine.
The workshop will end with a dinner, when we will eat the same salty Taralli and sweet Cantucci, hand-made by participants.
