I'm offering homemade sourdough bread with varying flour types.
They weigh about 500g each.
I bake regularly (at least once a weak) and freeze the breads right after, so even if you don't purchase them on baking day, they're still fresh and can simply be thawed or shortly baked again in your oven at home.

I'm a young cook from Germany who now lives in Krakow for a year. I moved here with my girlfriend after I finished my apprenticeship. Ever since I was young I've been interested in food and cooking. Which also brought me to working in gastronomy and gave me the chance to expanded my knowledge about food, technique and the culture behind it all. For the last 3 years I've been baking my own bread, and have become confident in my abilities to do so. I try to explore many different techniques from cuisines all over the world and understand the methods behind as well as the similarities between them. I like to meet new people who are, at least for some part, interested in food, and do believe that cooking and eating together brings different cultures closer to one another.
