HLAVNÍ JÍDLO Zerešk polo ba morgh - 1/4 kuřete v šafránové, paprikové a rajské omáčce s rýží s červenými bobulkami dřišťálu a šafránovou rýží, Baghali polo - další druh rýže s koprem a zelenými boby fava.

SALÁTY Salade širází - salát ze města Šíráz (rajčata, cibule, okurky, šťáva z nezralých hroznů, máta) nebo Masto chiár - okurky v jogurtu s mátou, nebo Masto Músír - jogurt se šalotkou

Íránský čaj s kardamomem nebo bez, sušené ovoce, datle, íránské sladkosti.

Ash-e reshteh - soup made of legumes, spinach, herbs and Persian noodles.

Mirza Ghassemi - grilled eggplant and tomatoes, eggs, herbs, served with flat bread.

MAIN DISH

Zereshk Polo ba MORGH - 1/4 Chicken in saffron, pepper and tomato sauce with red barberry and saffron rice

BAGHALI POLO - 2nd kind of rice, with green fava beans and dill

SALAD (optional)

Salade Shirazi - a salad from the city of Shiraz city (tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, unripe grape sauce, mint).

DESSERT

Iranian tea with or without cardamom, dried fruits, dates, iranian sweets.

We are a couple of Persian and Hungarian origin. Mr. Ata, the cook, is the only Persian cook in the whole Czech Republic. He has been cooking for his friends already for 3 years. Beside his exquisite Persian cuisine, he knows Turkish and Thai dishes, since he spent four years in Thailand. He enjoys cooking as breathing. Silvia is of Hungarian origins and during her longer stay in Italy she learned a lot about Italian cuisine.
