Hello everyone :) My cooking philosophy revolves around three main themes: sustainability, tradionality and creativity. Sustainability means avoiding consuming meat and other animal products, thus reducing detrimental impact of humanity on the planet Earth and is a small step for more harmonious coexistence of all species. What is more, I don't use canned or chemically preserved food in my kitchen - the simpler the better. I understand traditional food as cultural heritage, that is I love recreating traditional recipes, not only from Poland but also other parts of the world. Last but not least, creativity is crucial in order to connect the two previous concepts in order to make delicious and healthy meals.
Except Poland I used to live in Japan and Spain, so my cooking style is influenced by all of these three countries.
