If you were looking for two things: inspiration and learnings this workshops is for you. I promise that you will have a wonderful time while learning things you'd never known before about Polish cuisine.
You’ll meet people who like food too and learn new recipes that you can make again at home.
The class is small (2-10 students) and very hands-on; you will all get to be involved in cooking every dish.
You will get to know the best spots on Gdansk: Cafe Lamus and Hala Targowa where do local people hang out. After shopping we are going to cook together our main course: fresh pierogi with different fillings. We will prepare 3 kinds of pierogies that you will choose from the list below:
-savoury filling (cabbage & mushroom; fish; lentils; spinach & feta; buckwheat & white cheese)
-ruskie (potato and cheese)
