When we talk about a traditional cuisine of Phetchabun, every Thai people think about a rice-base noodle with curry sauce called 'Ka-Nhom-Jeen'. But little did they know a real of this dish has to be served with two kinds of sauce, a creamy coconut milk one, and a sweet palm sugar one. And they have to serve with deep-fried tempura vegetables, pickles, boiled eggs, and a variety of seafood meatballs.
