Everything should come in its own time. And now there is time for asparagus! It will not stay with us forever, just for a few weeks (and canned, we all know, is not just as tasty). I am trying to keep on track, so in season I have asparagus on everyday basis - even if I am a bit bored with it in the end of May, I know that l have 10 months to feel this longing again… up to next April. Thus I offer you an asparagus feast - 3 courses in which the asparagus will make the great appearance, the asparagus from a famous farm of Ludwik Majlert. There will be some other seasonal vegetables, fruit and herbs, too - we have spring in full swing, after all!
