Tuscan Spring (in Żoliborz)

We all love big Italian tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, melons and grapes, peaches straight from the tree, mushrooms from the forest...But it all comes with hot Tuscan summer and for now we only have spring! Spring in Tuscany is very green, fresh, not yet sun-tired. I'd like to invite you for a spring Tuscan dinner: on April's plate we'll find green peas, maybe new asparagus, rocket salad, fennel and a lot of fresh herbs. And for dessert - ice cream is the must!
