Too much of a good Spring

I usually go shopping on the farmers market each weekend, trying to find what the season has to offer. At home I will unwrap it all and find some ideas for what to make out of it. There might be something I meant to try out for the past weeks or it will just be a new interpretation of a dish I've made before. In any case the result will be a combination of traditional techniques with modern ingredients and flavours. We will have 5 courses of seasonal, early spring, food and as I can host only six persons at a time, it will be cozy all around.

The following menu is just an example and not the final dinner.

Vegetarian options are definitely available, please just let me know in advance. :)

I'm a young cook from Germany who now lives in Krakow for a year. I moved here with my girlfriend after I finished my apprenticeship. Ever since I was young I've been interested in food and cooking. Which also brought me to working in gastronomy and gave me the chance to expanded my knowledge about food, technique and the culture behind it all. For the last 3 years I've been baking my own bread, and have become confident in my abilities to do so. I try to explore many different techniques from cuisines all over the world and understand the methods behind as well as the similarities between them. I like to meet new people who are, at least for some part, interested in food, and do believe that cooking and eating together brings different cultures closer to one another.
