This is "Automnal Vegetables Are Almost Gone" dinner... As my favorite veg-and-fruit Majlert Family farms in Warsaw are closing for winter, I am entering a completely new cooking season. But to say farewell to Majlerts' fresh produce I will be cooking with what remained from their stock: fennel, beetroot, carrots, pumpkins, salads etc. Come and enjoy 4-courses dinner at my Old Żoliborz dining room. Some heirloom apple aperitif, anybody?
