Friday usually is a meat free day in Italy as it is in Poland.
We will try to re-propose this old and lost habit, focusing on the freshness of the products and sempliciy of menu
Primo del giorno: Homemade fettuccine with bottarga (cured fish roe), bread crumbs and white wine.
Secondo: Norwegian fresh cod fish slowly cooked in the oven in mediterranean style sauce: tomatoes, black olives and sicilian capers.
Bread that will be served is our homemade sourdough bread baked with durum wheat flour - PANE CAFONE.
Dolce: Macedonia oppure crostata con ricotta e visciole.
Italian classic seasonal fruit salad with cinnamon, aceto balsamico di Modena or crostata with ricotta cheese and cherries.
Glass of wine, water and caffe' are included.
