Da Pan Ji - Chicken on a big plate

A famous recipe from Xinjiang Province in China. Chicken cooked in soy sauce, chilli sauce with potatoes, green bell paprika, purple onion, dried chilli pepper. Served in freshly made hand stretched thick noodles. A little spicy!
