Good day good people! It is time for delicious Polish Pierogi Express lesson .Our culinary meeting takes place in Salwator, beautiful Krakow's area not far from Rynek Glowny – about 15 min by tram and 10 by taxi. I will prepare a traditional Pierogi ( dumplings ) with local produce, much of which is grown in my garden in the heart of the countryside. Starting with a soup – probably chicken broth and "pielmieni" We will be preparing together famous fresh dumplings with different stuffings ( lot of fun and delicious! ) For dessert, look out for delicious cheesecake with chocolate sauce or salty caramel , sprinkled with wild berries from the garden or cracovian style apple pie. Lot's of fun and delicious!
Hi, I'm a co-founder of Eataway which connects people with home cooks and hosts all around the world. For the last 5 years, I have been teaching people how to cook delicious food at my home, and I also run food workshops such as the Pierogi Power Workshop, Fermentation Workshop and more. Restaurants are great, but sometimes it seems it would be better to enjoy a home-cooked meal with someone who can also tell me a bit more about their experiences, their lives and their cities.
