We need some warmth in December... And for me - it is Tex-Mex food that provides this rib-sticking comfort food, even if it's not entirely authentic... I am not Texan nor Mexican after all :) But I will try my best! And for dessert I will move from Southern cuisine to Northern one and provide you with a variety of apple concotions. Come and enjoy!
